				<ul class="directions-list"><li class="direction-step">U vanglu staviti sastojke, u sredini napraviti udubljenje. U udubljenje staviti kašičicu i pol germe (digo kvasca suhog – kad je svježiji, manje ga treba). Potom politi sa mlakom vodom, da popliva kvasac u udubljenju.</li><li class="direction-step">Sad pustiti da malo kvasac odradi – da se uveća, potom ga potkuham. Potkuhati ga da ne bude žitak, a ni zgusnut – srednje konzistencije. Što se više potkuhava i lupa, bude bolji.<br />Vrlo često i kad je suh kvasac, odmah potkuham hljeb i potkuhan ostavim da kvasa na toplom. Na mlakoj peći ili sl. Prekrijem ga u vangli i ostavim da ima vremena da se kvasac razvija dok ne nadođe. Sat, sat i pol, dva – kad se tijesto udvostruči, prekuham ga, stavim u tepsiju, ostavim 20 minuta i ide na pečenje.<br />Zamastim tepsiju, malo je pobrašnim. A u vanglu u kojoj mi je nakvasao hljeb, sa strana stavim brašna i ručno ga prekuham (zamijesim s brašnom) i stavim u tepsiju.</li><li class="direction-step">Ostavim ga tako 15-20 minuta da još nadođe. Potom ga ili izbodem viljuškom ili nožem prepolovim, ako treba i ubacim u pekaru.</li><li class="direction-step">Peče se na 200 stepeni, ako je mali hljeb pola sata do 40 minuta.<br />Što je veća količina brašna, stavljamo više kvasca. Što je tanji hljeb, kraće se peče.</li></ul>

<p>Ako potkuham hljeb naveče, a želim ga peći ujutru. Kad puno nakvasa, ponovo ga kašikom premijesim (prekuham) i ostavim da još stoji. Tako mogu i dva, tri puta uraditi.</p>
