				<ul class="directions-list"><li class="direction-step">Iščimati stari hljeb na zalogajčiće. Isjeckati bijeli luk sitno. </li><li class="direction-step">Prvo se u vodu među prstima posoli. Isjeckan bijeli luk se doda u vodu. Dodati maslac i pustiti da provre. Potom ubaciti sir i hljeb.</li><li class="direction-step">Miješati da se napravi gušća kaša. Ne rijetko. Potom dodati još maslaca i popara je gotova.</li></ul>

<p>Popara je odlična za doručak ili večeru. Za ovaj primjer koristila sam 4-5 kašika običnog bijelog i grumen sira iz mijeha ili staviti kako ko ima, sve starijeg sira ili kajmaka iz frižidera.                </p>

				<ul class="directions-list"><li class="direction-step">Zelje oprati u vangli, ocijediti u cjedaljki. Sitno ga iskrižati u vanglu, na trakice. Blago osoliti i ostaviti da se preda. Da malo odstoji i ispusti tečnost iz sebe. Nakon nekoliko minuta, rukom ga izgnječiti, iscijediti i staviti u tanjir. Iz vangle prosuti vodu. Vratiti zelje u vanglu, dodati dva, tri jaja. Zavisi od količine zelja, može i jedno jaje. Sira po ukusu – koliko ima. Dodati malo pavlake i jogurta.</li><li class="direction-step">Zavisi kolika je tepsija, toliko ćete staviti i brašna. Na manju tepsiju ide 5-6 kašika brašna. Ako je gusto, dodati još vode ili mlijeka. Provjeriti slanoću na kašičicu, dodati soli po potrebi. Podmastiti tepsiju i staviti u pekaru da se ugrije.</li><li class="direction-step">Kad dobro zagriješ tepsiju, pa je izvadiš i u nju izliješ smjesu, te rastareš cijelom tepsijom, zeljanik uhvati koricu te se neće lijepiti za tepsiju. Vratiti u pekaru i peći 20 – 25 minuta (ako je veća tepsija i pola sata). Tokom pečenja, ukoliko se na srednjem dijelu počne tijesto dizati, otvoriti pekaru i nožem izrezati na komade – kocke. Onda će se tijesto skroz vratiti i ravnomjerno ispeći i uhvatiti koricu na svim dijelovima. Pred kraj pečenja uključiti ventilator da porumeni i po gornjoj površini zeljanika.</li></ul>

<p>Zeljanik je brzo i jednostavno jelo za lijep doručak za subotu i nedelju ili lijepa večera. Još sa čašom jogurta, kud će ljepše.  </p>

				<ul class="directions-list"><li class="direction-step">½ kg mljevenog mesa posoliti, pobiberiti i izmiješati rukom. Svaki list gotove jufke s kraja malo previti, na njega staviti mljeveno meso i urolati. Slagati u podmazanu i pouljenu tepsiju. Kada se sva smjesa istroši, pouljiti malo preko prsta buredžike, izrezati ih na željenu veličinu – neka budu veličine zalogaja – kažiprsta.</li><li class="direction-step">Staviti u ugrijanu pekaru i peći 20 do 25 minuta – dok porumene. Za to vrijeme u jednu činiju sitno isjeckati 4-5 čenova bijelog luka, pa ih tučkom zgniječiti. Dodati prstohvat soli. I u to dodati kiselo mlijeko. Količina kiselog mlijeka (jogurta) zavisi od pekare. Ako ima pavlake, pomiješati s jogurtom. Sve dobro izmiješati i, kad se buredžici ispeku, pustiti par minuta da se hladnu.</li><li class="direction-step">Sa pola smjese od kiselog mlijeka preliti ih, vratiti u pekaru i zatvoriti par minuta. Nakon toga, izvaditi da se hlade i, kad su mlaki, ostatak jogurta preliti preko njih.</li></ul>

<p>Naljepši su hladni, mada mi volimo odmah početi i kad su mlaki. Moj otac je govorio da se buredžici jedu na sljedeći način: jedan ti je u ustima, drugi na viljušci, a treći mjerkaš okom.    </p>

				<ul class="directions-list"><li class="direction-step">U vanglu staviti sastojke, u sredini napraviti udubljenje. U udubljenje staviti kašičicu i pol germe (digo kvasca suhog – kad je svježiji, manje ga treba). Potom politi sa mlakom vodom, da popliva kvasac u udubljenju.</li><li class="direction-step">Sad pustiti da malo kvasac odradi – da se uveća, potom ga potkuham. Potkuhati ga da ne bude žitak, a ni zgusnut – srednje konzistencije. Što se više potkuhava i lupa, bude bolji.<br />Vrlo često i kad je suh kvasac, odmah potkuham hljeb i potkuhan ostavim da kvasa na toplom. Na mlakoj peći ili sl. Prekrijem ga u vangli i ostavim da ima vremena da se kvasac razvija dok ne nadođe. Sat, sat i pol, dva – kad se tijesto udvostruči, prekuham ga, stavim u tepsiju, ostavim 20 minuta i ide na pečenje.<br />Zamastim tepsiju, malo je pobrašnim. A u vanglu u kojoj mi je nakvasao hljeb, sa strana stavim brašna i ručno ga prekuham (zamijesim s brašnom) i stavim u tepsiju.</li><li class="direction-step">Ostavim ga tako 15-20 minuta da još nadođe. Potom ga ili izbodem viljuškom ili nožem prepolovim, ako treba i ubacim u pekaru.</li><li class="direction-step">Peče se na 200 stepeni, ako je mali hljeb pola sata do 40 minuta.<br />Što je veća količina brašna, stavljamo više kvasca. Što je tanji hljeb, kraće se peče.</li></ul>

<p>Ako potkuham hljeb naveče, a želim ga peći ujutru. Kad puno nakvasa, ponovo ga kašikom premijesim (prekuham) i ostavim da još stoji. Tako mogu i dva, tri puta uraditi.</p>
